• All Indie Films are currently provided thru Cleeng, a streaming platform. Cleeng Purchases are transacted thru PayPal;
• Cleeng does require you to set up an account – we found it to be very simple and quick;
• All Indie Film rentals purchased on Cleeng are immediately available and remain available for 48 hours;
• The default provision for all indie films is High Definition;
• Our streaming service automatically defaults to smaller file sizes if internet connection is not optimized for HD.
BOOKS
• eBooks are generally available in all popular eBook formats – ePub, Mobi, Kindle, & PDF
• All book purchases made on Artemis’ site are immediately available;
• Once payment is complete, you will be directed to download links for your content as well as sent download links to your content via email;
• Please download your eBook content as soon as possible to avoid expiration of download links;
• To provide the best possible security of content, download links do expire and are not valid if shared.
SELF EMPOWERMENT VIDEOS
• Self Empowerment videos are sold as downloadable HD video files
• All video download purchases made on Artemis’ site are immediately available;
• Once payment is complete, you will be directed to download links for your content as well as sent download links to your content via email;
• Downloads are provided in .zip for two video formats to accommodate video use across all devices. If downloading to a mobile device, a utility app will be needed to open the .zip file once downloaded to the device. Apps for Apple and Androids are available for free. WooHOO! Have your content on any of your devices.

FOR ALL PURCHASES
• We do keep your purchase history if you check out as a guest, so if there’s any problem getting your content, we will provide additional download/streaming links;
• If you create an account, you will have access to your purchase history on your ‘my account’ page;
• We will absolutely make sure you get your content if your download/streaming links expire before you access your content. 😀
