Plenty of badass Pirate action, as Geena Davis cuts a swath with her cutlass through Balls, Bars, Brothels and High Seas in search of treasure while trying to outwit her evil Uncle Dawg. Matthew Modine and Frank Langella add sparkle and spark to a typical tale of adventure; while costumes, props and sets rate high praise for kickass creativity and excellent craftsmanship.
